Resume Services & Process
How do I get started with my Resume?
Contact me via phone or email and let me know you would like a resume. Initially, we will discuss your career goals. I may have you email a current or past resume prior to our work together to determine how best to proceed with the process.
What is the resume process?
I will email you during the resume development process to obtain additional information or clarification. Once a draft is ready, I will email your resume for review and proofing, and within the week you will return it to me with corrections and changes. I will finalize the resume and return to you as a Word document.
What about revisions?
I’m happy to do revisions. The service includes one revision. If you would like more than one revision, you will be billed at my hourly rate.
A revision is defined as refinement of the document including grammar, punctuation, word choice, and adding or deleting minimal information. A revision is NOT a separate document suitable for another career path or a separate job search, reformatting, restructuring or adding major information. Once the revision is finished the resume writer’s contractual obligation is complete.
How do I communicate with you during the process?
You’re welcome to call, however email is my preferred choice of communication since it can expedite the process.
What is the fee for this service?
After an initial review of your resume and based on your professional level, I may be able to give you a rough estimate and fee range.

LinkedIn Services & Process
How do I get started with my LinkedIn Profile?
Contact me by phone or email. Our work will focus on the summary section of your LinkedIn Profile. I will send a questionnaire in order to obtain detailed information. After a review, I will schedule an initial phone appointment within 3 business days to talk more in depth.
How long is the initial phone appointment?
The initial call lasts somewhere from 30-60 minutes, It is important to be prepared in order to use your time wisely.
What is the process?
After I feel I have the information needed, the writing begins. The turn-around time is usually from 7-10 business days. You have one week after the summary is returned to contact me with feedback at which point I will create the revision.
What if I want revisions?
I am happy to do revisions. This service includes the original summary and one revision. After that, you will be billed at the post-revision rate.
